The Government moves card

We already have some more concrete ideas on what topics they are going to write the parties in dialogue form. In parallel, the social agents already have ahead the proposals of the CEOE on a possible contract without indemnification. Simultaneously, in the Agreement of Toledo one is beginning analyzing the idea of reducing the global cost of the pensions route more worn out time or more calculated years. Equal some of you think that it is a little late; it can be, but the serious thing is that we already have ideas and concrete projects. Now to hurry up in the dialogue and the agreement, that the financial markets and the idle ones do not wait.

I am going to try to tell to you of what the thing consists. The first thing that it is necessary to realize very well is that the origin of the crisis is a financier and, the second thing, that in Spain this crisis reinforces for the ludicrous housing construction volume. Consequence: what it is necessary to do is to stabilize the Spanish financial system and to try to relieve the brutal unemployment of the sector of the construction.

Measurements proposed by the Government on the financial system and the liquidity of the companies: 1st, the Government will collaborate with the Spanish Bank to accelerate the restructuring of our financial system. 2nd, the Intituto of Official Credit (ICO) will be able to grant credit of up to 200.000 € to pymes and autonomous assuming the risk. There will be a private bank that (for contest) will assume the intermediation role. 3rd, The Administration will have to attend to the invoices in 30 days and the big companies with the pymes or autómos in 60 days.

Measurements proposed by the Government to support the employment in the sector of the construction: 1st, the VAT is exempted to 8 % in the rehabilitation of the housings and in the modifications that improve the energy efficiency. 2nd, 2.000 buildings of the General Administration and of the CCAA will be able to be rehabilitated by the funds of this Plan.3ª, the ICO will give resources to the promoters of housings of Official Protection.

Measurements of technological promotion: 1st, subsidy of even of 250 million € for businessmen who develop digital contents. 2nd, credit of 250 mill. of € to install Internet lines ultrarrápido. 3rd, commitment to come to 2,5%del GDP in investment I+D.

Reinforced competition: 1st, I support to the car eléctrico.2ª, review of the subsidies to the renewable energies. 3rd, collaboration with the private enterprises in the development of the railroad network.
